The band made its debut in 2015 with the release of its first single "L.L.L". The band's music has been featured in various anime series such as Overlord, BBK/BRNK, Saga of Tanya the Evil, and Re:Zero - Starting LIfe in Another World

According to the band's official website, its name comes from two words: "myth" representing the past, and "android" representing the future; the band hopes that these two aspects will allow the creation of "a new world".

The band debuted with Mayu on vocals in 2015, with the release of its first single " L.L.L"; the ending theme to the 2015 anime TV series Overlord. The single peaked at No. 29 on the Oricon weekly charts, and reached a ranking of No. 3 on iTunes' Japanese download rankings.

In November 2017, it was announced that vocalist Mayu would be "graduating" from the band in order to pursue a solo career.

On 18 December 2017, the band's 6th single 「HYDRA」 was announced, and KIHOW's face was relealed as part of the cover for the album and now become the only vocalist in MYTH & ROID.

Reol Discography

This Discography is updated on 13 April 2019.

- Profile -

  • Japanese: れをる (reworu)
  • Gender: Female
  • Born: 09 November 1993
  • Status: Active
  • Years active: 2012-present
  • YT Channel: reolch
- More About -
Reol (れをる) is a composer and utaite who has a high-pitched, yet strong voice that is sometimes described as shota. She frequently autotunes it to fit electronic songs well, while it's songs of other genres an interesting touch.

She is able to sing in a soft voice, as shown in "No title," "WAVE (EZFG-arrange)," "Cyber Thunder Cider (niki-arrange)," and "Syrup."

She can also sing in a low voice, clearly seen on her covers of "Jabberwocky · Jabberwocka" Nv and "Jitter Doll" Nv. Her lower vocals seem to have somewhat of a boyish quality to them.

She is capable of singing scream vocals, but has only ever done so for her cover of Abnormalize.

Her first cover was "Yurufuwa Jukai Girl" Nv in June 2012, which was remarkably popular, and has over 700K views as of July 2017. Her most popular work is "+ ♂" Nv, which has over 7 million views as of August 2017 It was also a collaboration song with GigaP in which she wrote the lyrics. She uploaded her cover at the same time as GigaP uploaded the Kagamine Len version. They have been frequent collaborators on many songs before, as not only songwriter and lyricist, but also as singer and mixer.

She often collaborates with kradness as their voices complement each other very well. Also, their relationship seems to be quite as close as on their conversations on Twitter.

She is also skilled at drawing, as she illustrated the PV for her cover of "Shinkai City Underground" Nv.

In March 2016, Reol signed to become an artist under TOY'S FACTORY company. Her unit named REOL (レ ヲ ル), includes 3 members: GigaP, Reol herself and Okiku.

In August of 2017, REOL announced that their unit will be compared to due to creative differences. Their last concerts will be held in October.

- More About -
Supercell (stylized as supercell) is a Japanese 11-member J-pop music group led by songwriter Ryo, which formed in 2007 as a dōjin music group. The other 10 members are artists and designers who provide illustrations in album booklets and music videos. Supercell started out by making use of the Hatsune Miku Vocaloid singing synthesizer to produce vocals for songs submitted to the Nico Nico Douga video sharing website. The popularity of the songs led the group to release their independent self-titled album Supercell (2008). Supercell later signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan and had a professional release of their Supercell album in March 2009, which was updated with more songs.

Supercell made a transition to vocalist Nagi Yanagi with their debut single "Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari" (2009). Two more singles featuring Yanagi were released in 2010, followed by Supercell's second album Today Is A Beautiful Day (2011), which was Yanagi's last contribution with Supercell. Following Yanagi's departure, Supercell held auditions for vocalists, and two girls were chosen out of about 2,000 candidates: 15-year-old Koeda and 17-year-old Chelly. Both vocalists sing the theme songs for the 2011 anime Guilty Crown, and released their first singles with Supercell in 2011. Chelly sings under the alternate name Egoist.

Supercell and Today Is A Beautiful Day were awarded a Gold Disc by the Recording Industry Association of Japan for having exceeded 100,000 copies shipped in a single year, and Supercell was chosen as one of the best five new Japanese artists of 2009 during the 2010 Japan Gold Disc Award competition.
